I’m Diane Chalmers, a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and accredited Anatomy in Motion practitioner. If you’ve tried treatments that only ease symptoms, you may be wondering what’s really driving your pain or movement issues. That’s where my work begins.
With a whole-body, detail-focused approach, I combine Physiotherapy, Gait Analysis, Anatomy in Motion, Craniosacral Therapy, Yoga, and Pilates to uncover patterns, restore natural movement, and build strength and flexibility.
Together, we’ll explore how your body moves, unravel hidden causes of discomfort, and create lasting change - so you can feel more balanced, resilient, and at home in your body.
As I’m only of one of two accredited Anatomy In Motion practitioners in Scotland, I help people from across the country including locally [Bridge of Weir, Kilmacolm, Paisley and Glasgow] as well as those further afield [Edinburgh, Fife, Argyll and more].
