Physiotherapy in Renfrewshire – Helping You Move Better

If you’re living in or around Renfrewshire and struggling with persistent pain, recurring injuries, performance plateaus or movement issues, I can help. Based in Quarriers Village, I offer physiotherapy that goes beyond the quick fix and the common ‘stretch it - strengthen it’ approach — focusing on the whole body to get to the root cause of your problem.

From Paisley to Bishopton, and Bridge of Weir to Kilmacolm, I support people across Renfrewshire (and beyond!) with joint pain, back issues, sports injuries, and post-surgery rehab.

Why Choose Physiotherapy in Renfrewshire?

Life in Renfrewshire is wonderfully active — running in Barshaw Park, playing golf in Kilmacolm, or walking along the Clyde at Erskine. But each comes with its own set of physical challenges: tight calves from hill walking, sore knees playing tennis and shoulders that don’t like too many swings at the driving range.

Here’s why people of Renfrewshire choose to work with me:

  • A whole-body approach that looks beyond where it hurts to understand and treat the real ‘why’ behind the pain

  • Treatments tailored to your lifestyle, whether you’re a runner, golfer, or simply want to walk without pain.

  • A convenient location in Quarriers Village — easy to reach from Johnstone, Paisley, Bridge of Weir, Kilmacolm and the surrounding areas and free on site parking.

I saw Diane to help me with lower back pain and persistent spasms. After a very thorough assessment to determine the cause of the problem, she treated me and guided me through exercises on my first session. As my back pain and health improved, she adjusted the routine to reflect my increased strength/mobility. I also went on to do her pilates and yoga classes which were outstanding! Through her treatment and classes, my mobility and strength have improved which has had a significant impact on my back pain. Best of all, I am no longer living in fear of constant spasms. Thank you, Diane. You truly are an exceptional physiotherapist and Pilates/Yoga teacher!

Diane is very enthusastic, friendly and clearly knows her stuff. I initially visited due to a sore knee and over a few weeks attending physio the pain subsided and I am back running. Unexpectedly, Diane not only foccussed on my knee but my posture, back/hips/feet to improve my overall wellbeing and movement. I would highly recommend Diane for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility and/or to fix a muscle/joint injury.

I have been having a weekly [AiM] session with Diane for some time now and she is assisting with a long term back issue. Since my sessions started, my back has improved significantly and the strength and movement is much better allowing me to regularly train and play sports.
