Hosting Data Retention

This company uses Squarespace for its hosting services and infrastructure. Squarespace do not have permission to access any of the data held on the companies server and requires the companies express permission before being able to perform acts where the data may be accessed by a third party. In the event that data is required to be accessed by Squarespace the company will be required to be prompted and if the data will be in breach of DPA or GDPR the company will first request consent.
